The campain took place today (Friday,31 October 2025) at Impopoli Community Hall, Nkohlakalo Trust, Kabhokweni in Mpumalanga.
According to the Department the campain aims to facilitate the payments of unclaimed maintanance funds that have remained unpaid and to raise puplic awereness about maintanance matters. To achieve this, a team consisting of Maintanance Investigators and other officials and stakeholders has been established to track and trace maintanance beneficiaries.
This intervention by the Department aims to ensure that beneficiaries, particularly women and children, recieve thefinancial support due to them without undue delay.
