Malema appeared in East London Regional Court today 16 April 2026 for a second day after firing live rounds during his party’s birthday in 2018.

* Count 3: R20 000 or 6 months imprisonment
* Count 4: R20 000 or 6 months imprisonment
* Count 5: R20 000 or 6 months imprisonment
The court also rule that he is unfit to possess a firearm.
